What is Learning to LEED?Learning to LEED is an intensive course offered to design and construction professionals interested in passing the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Accredited Professional Exam. The course both facilitates exam preparation through slides, quizzes, study tips, and other resources, and provides the tools necessary for individuals to implement the LEED product suite as part of a design team.
What You Will DoLearning to LEED 2009 will be a one-day in-depth overview of the LEED V3 system. The course will provide an overview of the changes from the previous versions of the LEED building assessment system, changes to the LEED-AP credential, and a detailed review of the technical structure of LEED 2009 for building design and construction (BD&C). The registration, certification, and CIR (Credit Interpretation Ruling) processes will be covered along with the six categories of LEED and the new system of Regional Priority Credits. This course also satisfies the education program option to become eligible to take the LEED Green Associate exam.
